Start your career with Liverpool City Council as a Learning and Organisational Development Support Apprentice. You will support early careers programmes, and contribute to projects that make a difference for our employees and services across the city.

Responsibilities
  • The role of Learning and Organisational Development Support Apprentice will provide high-quality, proactive business support to the Learning and Organisational Development Service carrying out a range of administrative duties including responding to shared mailboxes and other channels.
  • You will administer the Council's Learning Management System (Learning Hub), including uploading course information and dates, monitoring bookings, recording delegate attendance, maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
  • You will support with collation of data from learning systems, surveys and programme activities that will feed into management information reports, staff survey feedback reports and evaluation reports.
  • As part of the role you will provide financial and procurement support for learning, development and apprenticeship activity, including raising purchase and limit orders, processing invoices, resolving queries and tracking expenditure using the Council’s financial systems.
  • In the role of Learning and Organisational Development Support Apprentice you will support recruitment and onboarding activities for early careers pathways, including apprenticeshps, graduates, supported internships and work experience.
  • Assisting with the vacancy creation, long listing and maintaining recruitment data within the Councils recruitment system.
  • As part of the role you will plan, organise and support meetings, training, workshops, events, which may include preparing and maintain documentation and records.
