Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Employer Engagement Administrator to join Liverpool City Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Grant Funding & Claims Administration:
Explicitly focuses on chasing monthly claims (claim forms, payslips, invoices, monthly reviews) from employers using the 6-month grant, scanning onboarding compliance paperwork, and securing final job outcome evidence.
* Financial Tracking:
Manage and chase monthly claims from partner organisations and employers to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Onboarding Compliance:
Maintain organized digital records by scanning in enrolment paperwork and checking it against strict compliance guidelines.
* Dual-Pathway Job Matching:
Focuses on matching young people (YP) to permanent roles after their 6-month grant expires,
Essential Requirements
* Experience working as an employer engagement administrator
* Experience of working on projects
* Ability to understand complex Grant Funded information and simplify employer processes
* A qualification in Business Administration
