Automotive Technician / MOT Tester

LOCATION:

Warrington

HOURS:

Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30; 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30 – 12.30

SALARY: up to 40k plus benefits

Flame Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician / MOT Tester for our client’s main dealership in Warrington.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Complete vehicle health checks and document findings accurately.
• Liaise with service advisors and ensure clear communication with customers where needed.
• Uphold manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
• Mentor junior technicians where appropriate and lead by example.

• Experienced Vehicle Technician level qualifications
• Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a franchised dealership
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence

• Motor Vehicle Technician background within the UK automotive industry
• Level 3 in City & Guilds or IMI
• Full UK driving licence
