Our client, a reputable used car dealership in Liverpool, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership
Explain repair processes and efficiently book customer vehicles into the workshops
Present and sell products and additional services to clients
Communicate with workshop technicians to assess work required and obtain customer authorisation
Raise job cards and provide accurate customer estimates in line with company schedules
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional, friendly experience at all times
Maintain accurate records of vehicle service histories and customer interactions
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Automotive knowledge and experience essential; individuals without direct Service Advisor experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong customer service skills and organisational ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional manner and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
