I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large organisation on an initial 3-month contract, offering an immediate start. This role sits inside IR35 and is focused on delivering large-scale process improvement across the business.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with some time spent in the office in Liverpool. Majority of the time you will be based from home.

The Role

You'll play a key role in analysing complex, end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. Working across people, process, and technology, you'll support the delivery of measurable business benefits.

This is a highly visible role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work at pace in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and document end-to-end business processes at scale
Map current-state ("as-is") processes and identify improvement opportunities
Lead process, systems, and data modelling activities
Develop and present recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
Quantify business benefits and support the development of business cases
Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Promote consistent use of Business Analysis methods and tools
Support capability building by coaching and mentoring other Business Analysts What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large or complex organisations
Strong background in process improvement and transformation

Experience with process mapping, systems modelling, and data analysis
Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Able to work independently and deliver at pace
Available for an immediate start
