- Hybrid working arrangements - 2-3 days a week onsite (M26 1GG

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Work with the Head of Business Architecture and Change to define, implement and apply appropriate analysis approaches, tools and techniques, acting as an SME for BA standards and best practice
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the Technology and Transformation function and the wider business
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process models, use cases or specifications
- Analyse current state processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks and opportunities
- Support testing, validation and acceptance of solutions against requirements
You will need:
- Significant experience working as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-site organisations
- Proven experience leading BA activities on medium to large change initiatives
- Process modelling and improvement, eg BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping
- Previous experience identifying opportunities for and supporting implementation of AI/automation would be very beneficial
