We’re looking for a Business Consultant who blends commercial understanding with structured problem‑solving.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders at major Retail and FMCG clients to define strategies, design operating models, and identify how AI can unlock new sources of value to deliver measurable change.

Whether you’re from industry or consulting, this role suits someone who enjoys tackling big operational challenges, shaping ideas with data, and turning strategy into action.

• Lead work streams within transformation programmes, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Facilitate business workshops to capture requirements, assess current ways of working, and define target‑state solutions.
• Design operating models, process improvements, and change strategies that drive efficiency and growth.
• Develop and prioritise AI and automation use cases that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Translate analysis and data insight into clear, actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Present findings, strategies, and business cases confidently to executive and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and adopted.
• Contribute to Aria’s internal IP development by shaping AI use cases, proposals, and new service offerings.

• 3–8 years of experience in Retail or FMCG head-office functions, such as merchandising, demand forecasting, category management, supply chain, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to simplify complexity and focus on outcomes.
• Confident in leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and capturing detailed business requirements.
• Awareness of how to develop strategic recommendations into real business change.
• Interested in how AI and emerging technologies can improve industry performance and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with credibility at senior stakeholder level.
• Proven record of ownership and delivering results end to end.
