Join us as our new Senior Business Development Manager and play a key role in delivering our Global Quorn Pro strategy through long-term customer partnerships, strategic growth initiatives and exceptional commercial execution.

What you’ll be responsible for:

In this role, you’ll lead strategic relationships with global QSR and High Street customers, owning customer strategies end-to-end and unlocking major multi-market growth opportunities. You’ll proactively manage and expand existing accounts while securing new business wins that deliver against budgeted sales, spend and profit targets across the Quorn Pro portfolio.

You’ll hold P&L accountability for key global customers, leading complex negotiations, long-term agreements and customer planning cycles. Working closely with cross-functional partners including Culinary, Marketing, Innovation, Route to Market, Finance and Supply Chain you’ll integrate NPD into customer plans, shape compelling menu solutions, and ensure best-in-class commercial execution across markets.

You’ll also act as a role model within the team, supporting and upskilling Business Development Managers and championing a high-performing, collaborative culture across the Quorn Pro business unit.

This position will be based remotely with travel across the UK and occasional EU travel as required.

What experience you’ll need to have:
  • Passion for all things within the food service channel, along with a demonstrable background of managing strategic commercial relationships with QSR & Casual Dining groups
  • Proven ability to establish strategic influence early and build credibility with senior level stakeholders whilst rapidly translating business unit strategy and commercial priorities into effective customer execution
  • Excellent commercial acumen, numeracy and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel UK wide and across EU when required
  • Full UK Driving License

Recruitment process:

  • 2nd Stage – in-person interview and task with key stakeholders from our Food service team
