At Brocket Hall, membership is more than access — it is belonging, experience and prestige.
We are seeking a commercially minded, relationship-driven Golf & Leisure Membership Manager to lead and elevate the entire membership journey across Golf, Leisure, Academy and Racquets.
This is not simply an administration role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of the member lifecycle, drive retention and revenue, and create a premium, seamless experience that reflects the stature of Brocket Hall.
The Purpose of the RoleTo own and enhance the end-to-end membership experience — from first enquiry to long-standing loyalty — ensuring every member feels valued, engaged and proud to belong.
You will be the guardian of our membership standards, the architect of engagement initiatives, and a key commercial contributor to the Club’s growth.
What You Will Be Responsible For Delivering an Exceptional Member Journey- Create a seamless, premium onboarding experience from point of sale to active membership.
- Ensure every new member is welcomed, introduced and integrated into Club life.
- Maintain flawless membership records and system accuracy across all platforms.
- Work collaboratively with Golf, Leisure, Academy and Racquets teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience.
- Lead the renewals strategy — planning, communication, follow-up and completion.
- Manage billing and payment processes in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and convert upgrade and upsell opportunities.
- Play a central role in improving retention rates and increasing lifetime member value.
- Act as a trusted and visible point of contact for members.
- Resolve queries with professionalism, ownership and care.
- Design structured engagement touchpoints throughout the year to strengthen loyalty.
- Monitor member sentiment and act early to prevent attrition.
- Design and deliver a compelling calendar of member social events and experiences.
- Collaborate with Operations and F&B to ensure events reflect the Club’s premium positioning.
- Gather feedback and continuously refine the programme to increase participation and satisfaction.
- Build a sense of community that differentiates Brocket Hall from competitors.
- Maintain complete accuracy across CRM and membership systems.
- Produce regular reporting on membership numbers, trends, renewals, upgrades and engagement metrics.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and responsible data handling at all times.
- Use insight and data to inform strategic improvements to the membership proposition.
You are commercially astute, highly organised and naturally relationship-led. You understand that membership management is both operational precision and emotional connection.
You will likely bring:
- Experience in a premium membership, hospitality, golf, leisure or private club environment.
- Strong organisational discipline, particularly in renewals, billing and systems management.
- Confidence communicating with discerning members.
- A proactive, opportunity-spotting mindset focused on retention and revenue growth.
- Comfort using CRM/membership systems and translating data into action.
- A genuine passion for golf, fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays as required.

- The long-term reputation of the business
If you are motivated by building relationships, elevating experiences and driving measurable results in a premium environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
