We are looking for a Licensing Co-ordinator to join our team based at our Liverpool Head Office, supporting the day-to-day management of licensed brands across Home Bargains.
In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end licensing process across multiple product categories, working closely with internal teams and external licensors to deliver commercially successful, compliant and on-time product launches across both in-store and online channels.
Job Overview- Support the Licensing Manager with the day-to-day management of the licensing portfolio across all product categories.
- Own and manage allocated licensor accounts, acting as a key point of contact with support from the Licensing Manager.
- Coordinate licensing, manufacturing and customs compliance requirements, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place.
- Work with the Licensing Finance Analyst and Licensing Manager to support the development of business cases for new licences and category rights.
- Track and manage critical paths, launch dates (in-store and online) and associated marketing activity.
- Support the organisation and coordination of key licensing meetings, presentations and events.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and trackers to support smooth project delivery and performance monitoring.
- Experience in a licensing, brand, product development or similar commercial role, ideally within retail or FMCG.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Good commercial awareness with the ability to understand business cases and category performance.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to approvals, compliance and critical path management.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to develop a full understanding of licensing processes and buying requirements.
