We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fee Earner to join our Pre Litigation Court team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Responsibilities to include:

• Legal knowledge including court procedures and in particular an excellent knowledge of the CPR
• Excellent attention to detail
• Analytical thinking skills
• The ability to use your initiative
• The ability to think clearly using logic and reasoning
• Litigation experience of both Part 7 and Part 8 civil proceedings
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• The ability to comply with strict deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills

About You:

• A knowledge of computers particularly excel spreadsheets will be necessary
• Good organisational skills
• An ability to be able to prioritise work
• An ability to work to deadlines and the demands of the team
• An ability to work in a fast‑paced demanding environment
