Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where each day brings new challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our busy fleet desk team as a Fleet Controller!
What you'll doYou'll take a practical, solutions focused approach to your work, using good judgment to prioritise tasks, resolve issues and keep things moving forward.
You'll handle day-to-day responsibilities and handle unexpected challenges whilst remaining calm, resourceful and focused on delivering results.
Other duties will include:
- managing inbound enquiries for reactive maintenance, defects & breakdowns
- accurately processing orders and ensuring all details are captured correctly via our Tranman system
- coordinating closely with customers & our garage network to guarantee timely service & maintenance bookings
- providing clear, friendly and professional responses to customer queries
- maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
You'll bring excellent organisational and time management skills, supported by previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the fleet sector.
You'll also have:
- exceptional customer service and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and deliver a positive experience at every interaction
- the ability to multitask effectively and stay composed under pressure, even when handling competing priorities or tight deadlines
- aproactive, hands on approach, with the drive to take initiative, solve problems and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
