SCIDA Project Manager

Requirements

• 2 partners to work with who will help design a PMO service, stand up the service, and manage compliance, scheduling of work, risks, etc.
• 2 SCIDA Project Managers to coordinate this service.
• Candidates with a high‑level security clearance in the past are most welcome. Successful applicants must obtain security clearance prior to appointment; the clearance process may take a minimum of 10 weeks.

• Allocate work to the wider ecosystem based on existing site relationships and a balance of effort/value metric determined by Vodafone.
• Provide a project‑management interface layer between the partner and the on‑site teams.
• Ensure on‑site teams adhere to all applicable standards including technical, H&S, CDM and Security.
• Agree a document format and standard with the partner and the Authority.
• Ensure all design documentation is completed to the required standards in a timely fashion.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc reporting to the partner as agreed.
• Manage all MoD data in accordance with the Security Aspects Letter (SAL).
• Promote social value schemes as agreed, such as employment for veterans and carbon reduction.
