💼 The Role

Support Account Managers with client programmes and seminar delivery
Coordinate and schedule seminars and manage diaries
Liaise with clients via phone/email
Ensure delegates receive all required information
Maintain CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
Monitor feedback and support improvements
Manage multiple clients and deadlines

🎓 About You

Strong communication and organisation skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or admin
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Desirable:

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics (or similar)
Interest in financial services
CRM or Microsoft Office skills
