You’ll complete the program as a trusted professional, ready for broader responsibility, stretch roles, or specialist pathways aligned with business needs.
What You’ll Do- Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as certification, consultancy, inspection, logistics, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions
- Support day-to-day operational and project activities
- Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work
- Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices
- Take ownership and accountability for your work
- Act with integrity and sound judgement
- Are comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
- Learn quickly and apply feedback
- Think beyond your role or discipline
- Care about sustainability and ethical decision-making

- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience)
- Degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data, or related fields
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Willingness to work in a global, international environment, includes travel and overseas assignments
