Client Relationship Manager
Executive Assistant – Client Relations
Provide administration and business development support to the Client Relations leadership team. The EA will assist the team in its business development opportunities, ensuring it provides consistent and timely delivery of core services to current and prospective clients.
Contracts and Pricing ManagerResponsible for managing the commercial contracting and pricing processes that support ADVANCE®AI’s growth with global pharmaceutical clients. Ensures that commercial agreements are structured effectively, aligned with company policy, and support scalable SaaS revenue models.
Works closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and client Procurement teams to coordinate contract negotiations, manage due diligence processes, and develop consistent pricing proposals for new and existing customers. Develops and maintains scalable SaaS pricing frameworks aligned with the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring consistent pricing, appropriate discounting, and ongoing optimisation to drive revenue performance.
Plays a key role in enabling efficient deal execution while protecting the company’s commercial and legal interests. Operates with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with the commercial leadership team and external legal counsel.
Customer Success Manager (CSM)Responsible for the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing development of assigned ADVANCE®AI programs. Acts as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, building strong strategic relationships across Commercial, Medical, and Operational functions to ensure customers achieve measurable value from ADVANCE®AI solutions.
Coordinates customer onboarding, program rollout, training, engagement, and ongoing support activities with the VP Customer Success and cross‑functional internal teams. Ensures successful execution against agreed objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Proactively manages customer needs, identifies potential risks and opportunities, and continuously aligns customer expectations with ADVANCE®AI capabilities.
Drives customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by supporting renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, facilitating strategic business reviews, and translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product and service evolution. Requires a highly motivated, consultative, and customer‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment.
Director, US Client RelationsSupports the growth of the US business for ADVANCE®AI, becoming a trusted partner with clients, and coordinating consistent delivery of centrally driven programmes through the US Customer Success team.
Primarily focuses on new business acquisition while also supporting strategic account growth and client retention within existing customers.
Learning and Development – AI FocusLooking for someone who has worked in the field as a Rep or MSL, moved into L&D, and now wants to apply subject‑matter expertise to new AI initiatives. Requires understanding of selling, coaching, and behaviour. Full training on the AI side is provided. No technical or AI background is required.
Joins a small, dynamic team inside the Innovation Lab, working at the cutting edge of how AI interprets real HCP conversations. Aims to produce something quite exceptional.
