Carrington West is seeking an Interim Local Plan Lead to drive the authority's Local Plan forward. This hybrid role requires 3–4 days per week on-site and offers £650-£750 per day DOE, outside IR35. The contract initially runs for 6 months with potential extension, reporting to senior directors and elected members.
Leading the Strategic Planning function, you will establish governance, manage planning teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve milestones on a high-profile project.
