Lomond Group is seeking a Systems Trainer to design, develop and deliver CRM training across multiple North England locations. You will work with Operations and regional teams to ensure staff can use Reapit lettings and sales functions confidently and in line with compliant processes.
This role requires at least three years in lettings or estate agency, strong training design skills, and the ability to tailor content for users with different levels of system proficiency.
