This is far more than a traditional Junior Category Manager role.

You will:

• Have experience in category management, buying or merchandising within a retail environment.

• Be commercially minded, highlyanalyticaland comfortable turning insight into action.

• Thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change as an opportunity.

• Have the confidence to challenge thinking, bring freshideasand influence stakeholders.

• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and an ability to bring people on the journey.
