Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are looking for a Senior Coordinator, Ticketing, Access & Hospitality Systems to join the team at Liverpool FC. You will support the delivery and operation of the Club's ticketing, hospitality and access control systems across football and non-football events. Responsible for system setup, testing and pre-event validation, ensuring a seamless supporter experience and successful event delivery. Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, the role also supports reporting, projects and the resolution of ticketing and access-related issues.
What will you be doing?
- Support the operation and delivery of ticketing, hospitality and access control systems across football and non-football events.
- Assist with event setup, ticket fulfilment, barcode management, testing and event-day readiness.
- Perform pre-event validation checks to ensure ticketing and access systems are accurate and functioning correctly.
- Monitor systems during events and help resolve supporter, ticketing and access-related issues.
- Produce operational reports and analyse attendance, ticket activation and entry performance data.
- Investigate supporter enquiries relating to ticketing, attendance and access records.
- Maintain system user access, permissions and governance controls.
- Support seasonal renewals, annual system rollovers and contingency testing activities.
- Deliver training and guidance on ticketing and access control processes and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support event delivery, incident management and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the supporter experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience working in ticketing, access control, customer operations or event delivery environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast‑paced operational settings.
- Collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding supporter experience.
Technical Skills
- Experience using ticketing platforms such as Seat Geek and access control systems such as Fortress or similar.
- Skilled in data validation, reconciliation, system testing and ticket fulfilment processes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with experience producing operational reports and identifying trends.
- Good understanding of ticketing operations, stadium access and event delivery processes.
Desirable
- Experience supporting event‑day operations.
- Experience working with third‑party venues and supplier‑managed systems.
- Basic project coordination experience.
This is a full‑time perm position working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our city centre office in Liverpool.
