This is a strategic leadership role, but one that requires a hands-on approach.
Leading a small team of experienced bid professionals, you'll be responsible for shaping bid strategy, driving consistency and quality across submissions, and ensuring the organisation continues to present a compelling value proposition in competitive tenders
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will help translate the company's vision, strengths and customer offering into winning submissions. You'll oversee the bid lifecycle, develop team capability, refine processes, and champion the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are highly valued.

• Salary up to £85,000 DOE
