Early Years Teaching Assistant; TA

The Role & Requirements

You will be instrumental in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Relevant Qualification in Childcare or Education is essential
  .

• Minimum 6 months of UK Primary School work experience is preferred (but not mandatory if you have a strong relevant qualification).

• Mandatory: Must hold the Right to Work in the UK and possess an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
  .

• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting child development.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff.
