Minimum 2 years in residential childcare 1 year in senior or shift leader role

A confident and capable Team Leader ready to take ownership of daily shifts mentor junior staff and uphold the highest standards of care. You’ll be confident in risk management safeguarding and providing consistent support for both young people and colleagues.
