Salary: £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strong leadership and maintain a nurturing, therapeutic environment

* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding regulations

* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively

* Oversee quality assurance and drive continuous improvement

* Support and develop the care team through supervision, mentoring, and training

* Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders

Requirements

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)

* Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties

* At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role

* Proven track record of achieving a minimum ‘Good’ Ofsted rating

* Full UK driving licence
