Your Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll :

  • Be a trusted adult for children, creating safe, loving relationships
  • Support with daily living, personal care, education, and activities
  • Safeguard and protect young people at all times
  • Implement individual care plans tailored to each child’s needs
  • Work with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead by example, helping create a positive, stable home environment
  • Support with outings, appointments, and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 / 4 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willing to work towards)
  • 1+ year experience in children’s residential care (or similar)
  • Resilience, patience, and a nurturing personality
  • Strong communication skills & IT literacy
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desireable)
