Job Title: Residential Support Worker (Unqualified)
Location: Liverpool (Allerton area)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible shifts (1 on 2 off or 2 on 4 off rotation)

8 to 11
Pay Per Sleep: £60 per sleep (pre-sleep)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD DOLS children

A family-run close-knit residential childcare provider with 3 homes currently open and a 4th underway. You’ll have direct support from the Directors and Responsible Individual who are regularly involved and available.

• Full induction and training before opening
• Paid qualifications up to Level 4 Residential Childcare
• Regular Director and RI support
• Genuine internal progression (current RM started as Bank staff)
• Supportive family-style culture with strong values

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
• Candidates with only Health Care, NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience will not be considered.
• You require sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
• Your on a Visa.
