Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Roofing & Cladding Site Manager to oversee the delivery of roofing and envelope packages on commercial and industrial projects. You’ll be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, and H&S, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Day-to-day management of roofing and cladding works on site

* Managing subcontractors and direct labour

* Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations (RAMS, permits, toolbox talks)

* Monitoring programme and coordinating with the main contractor

* Quality control and snagging of roofing & cladding installations

* Ordering materials and managing site logistics

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams

* Keeping site records, reports, and progress updates

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within roofing & cladding / building envelope

* Strong knowledge of systems such as:

* Composite panels

* Built-up systems

* Rainscreen cladding

* Standing seam / flat roofing (desirable)

* SMSTS (essential)

* CSCS Black or Gold card

* First Aid at Work

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced sites

Desirable

* Experience on large commercial or industrial projects

* Temporary works knowledge

* IOSH or NEBOSH (advantageous)

* £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary
