The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working closely with private clients, delivering high quality pre and post contract services on luxury and super-prime residential properties across the Northwest.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall undertake a client facing role, leading 2-3 projects, gaining support where required from a couple of Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

MRICS
Currently working as a Senior QS
Prime / high-end residential project experience
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Experience working for private clients / Client facing
PQS / QS Consultancy background
Based in the Northwest In Return?
£65,000 - £75,000
