🚀 The Opportunity
A leading UK contractor delivering new build projects nationwide is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel and cladding systems. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team.
- Manage day-to-day site operations on steel and cladding projects
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
- Oversee construction programmes and technical drawings
- Ensure full H&S compliance and quality control
- Produce progress reports and manage variations
- 3+ years’ site management experience in steel and cladding
- Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and cladding installation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work UK wide
- National projects
- Growing contractor with long-term opportunities
