About the RoleThis role focuses on overseeing Construction Design and Management compliance across a wide range of infrastructure projects. Job Duties- Lead compliance with Construction Design and Management regulations across all construction-related projects.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety risks during project design and execution stages.
- Ensure all projects meet legal, regulatory, and industry best practice standards consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate risk management into project planning processes.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved safety and compliance frameworks.
- Support refurbishment and maintenance projects across transport and infrastructure assets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide assurance reports on compliance and safety performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety practices and project delivery standards.
- Hold a NEBOSH Health and Safety Management qualification specific to construction environments.
- Demonstrate experience working in a health and safety advisory role within construction projects.
- Possess strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and construction design risk management principles.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Show proactive problem-solving abilities within complex construction and infrastructure environments.
- Meet eligibility requirements to work in the United Kingdom or qualify for Skilled Worker sponsorship.
