Residential Surveyor (Level 2 Home Buyer)
£60,000 + £5k car allowance

We’re working with a growing surveying operation focused purely on Level 2 Home Buyer surveys within the investment sector — supporting portfolio landlords and investors purchasing tenanted stock.

This is a fully remote, field-based role with all instructions generated internally (no panel work, no mortgage valuations).

The role:

Carry out Level 2 Home Buyer surveys on residential investment properties
Produce clear, high-quality reports using internal systems
Manage a steady workload of up to 8 surveys per week
Work independently within your allocated patch
Deliver same-day reporting and sign-off

What We’re Looking For:

MRICS preferred (strong Assoc

RICS considered, min 2–2.5 PQE)
Proven experience delivering Level 2 residential surveys
Strong understanding of building pathology (advantageous)
Confident working autonomously in a high-output environment
Strong report writing and organisation skills
