To act as the client's on-site representative, providing assurance that civils, M&E and maintenance works delivered by contractors are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with agreed specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements.

• Health & Safety:
  Monitor contractor compliance, undertake inspections, challenge unsafe behaviours, support investigations.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect works, witness tests, identify defects, maintain records.
• Site Supervision & Contractor Oversight:
  Oversee activities, monitor workmanship, ensure planning, escalate issues.
• Programme & Productivity:
  Track progress, identify delays, support recovery, provide updates.
• Reporting & Governance:
  Produce reports, maintain records, support audit requirements.

Experience working with or within capital delivery organisations, with a practical understanding of how projects move from concept through design, construction and commissioning.

• Site supervision or construction management, civils/infrastructure works, contractor oversight.
• Knowledge of construction methods, H&S legislation, QA processes, drawing interpretation.
• Equivalent qualifications to SMSTS, CSCS, UK driving licence.
• NEBOSH, Temporary Works, NRSWA, professional membership.
