Building Surveyor – Liverpool

This is a professional services building surveying role. Based in Liverpool. Working for one of the UK's better-known multi-disciplinary consultancies. You'll be doing TDD, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition, PPM - basically the full professional services toolkit.

You will actually get out of the office.

If you want to spend your days inspecting buildings, writing solid technical reports and giving clients advice they can actually act on then this is the job.

Inspecting buildings. Writing reports. Diagnosing defects. Handling dilapidations and landlord and tenant instructions. Delivering TDD and pre-acquisition surveys. Advising clients on planned maintenance and condition-related issues. Getting involved in sustainability and energy performance matters where relevant.

A building surveyor. Someone who knows professional services work, can write a clear technical report and is comfortable dealing directly with clients and legal teams without needing to be managed every step of the way.

You don't need to have done every single thing on the list above. But you do need solid professional services experience and a genuine interest in getting out and doing proper surveying work.

Liverpool. Some flexibility in how you work but this is a role that involves getting out on site, so you'll need to be genuinely based in or around the area.
