Foster & May Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Liverpool office to lead on luxury residential projects. You will work closely with Directors and junior QS, steering cost control and client liaison across high-end schemes in the Northwest.
The successful candidate will hold MRICS status, have a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, and bring strong pre/post-contract knowledge with experience in PQS/QS consultancy.
