Location - Liverpool

Salary/Package - £55,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

With extensive experience in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke faade systems, they have established an excellent reputation for delivering technically complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Working with leading developers, principal contractors, and consultants, the business delivers a wide range of cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing, and building envelope packages across the residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Taking full commercial responsibility for a £15 million faade package based in Liverpool

• Managing the project from procurement through to final account
