We are working with a highly respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Liverpool, looking to recruit a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor. The business has built an outstanding reputation within the education sector, delivering projects for clients ranging from primary schools through to universities, whilst continuing to expand in other sectors including healthcare and residential.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor to strengthen their Liverpool team.
The Role
You'll be involved in a varied workload covering both professional and project work, including:
Condition surveys
Refurbishment projects
Roof replacements
Window and door replacement schemes
Internal alterations
Compliance and maintenance projects
Project delivery from inception through to completion
About the Team
The Liverpool office is home to around 20 surveyors within a wider team of approximately 30 staff, creating a friendly and collaborative working environment. The business values teamwork and knowledge sharing, with experienced professionals readily available to support colleagues.
They're looking for surveyors who enjoy delivering quality work rather than managing large teams, making this an ideal opportunity for technically strong individuals who want to focus on project delivery.

Degree qualified in Building Surveying
Previous consultancy experience
Working towards chartership or recently qualified
Senior Building Surveyor
MRICS Chartered
Strong technical Building Surveying experience within a consultancy
Able to independently deliver projects and professional instructionsAPC Support
