Building Careers UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our glazing & façades client in Liverpool. You will manage the commercial delivery of multiple glazing and façade projects from pre-contract through to final account, overseeing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
The successful candidate will bring proven QS experience in construction, strong contract administration skills, and a proactive approach to risk management.
