ABOUT RMLRML Roofing Contractor (RMLFS) is a specialist industrial and commercial roofing contractor and part of the MGT Group, alongside Scaffold Management Ltd and 4 Construction Management Ltd (4CM). We deliver roofing refurbishment projects nationwide — flat roofs, metal over cladding, strip-and-re-sheet, gutters, cladding, and associated structural and safety works — for blue‑chip clients across manufacturing, logistics, retail and public sector estates. Our projects division is growing.
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects valued at £25,000 and above, from pre‑start through to handover.
To provide experienced contract, commercial and coordination support to the Projects team, keeping construction projects running smoothly from order through to completion. The role owns the project and contractual paperwork, supports cost control against budget, keeps project systems and trackers current, and acts as a central coordination point between Project Managers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. This is an experienced construction role — not an entry‑level administrator position.
