Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Senior Technical Manager (or Technical Manager, depending on experience) to lead the technical delivery of high-quality residential developments in Surrey and the South East.
You will coordinate external consultants, oversee design approvals, and liaise with land, commercial, construction and planning teams to ensure buildable, compliant solutions from land acquisition to site completion.
