A senior opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salaried Partner – Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role within a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in Liverpool.
Following a successful 2025, which saw the business win multiple sought after awards, expand into new sectors and introduce additional service lines, the Liverpool office is entering an exciting period of investment offering the chance to build and develop an additional Quantity surveying team within an a well established QS business and shape the next phase of regional growth.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary office with a strong presence across public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, and defence markets. Key Responsibilities Lead, grow, and shape a quantity surveying (pqs) team within the Liverpool office
Drive business development, client engagement, and long-term relationship management
Support expansion into emerging sectors and help embed newly introduced service lines
Prepare and deliver business plans, financial forecasts, and growth strategies
Oversee recruitment, team structure, and resource planning
Deliver high-quality professional PQS services and provide technical leadership.
Skills & Experience RequiredMRICS with substantial post-qualification experience.
Strong consultancy background within a leadership capacity.
Commercially minded with a proven ability to win work and develop client relationships.
Skilled in leading, motivating, and organising a team Broad technical quantity surveying expertise
Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, robust reports and recommendations
Personal Attributes Strong leadership qualities
Personable, collaborative, and team-oriented
