You’ll spend your time creating sophisticated web interactions, animations, scroll effects and micro-interactions that well and truly elevate the user’s experience, and you’ll design and develop dynamic motion prototypes that bring digital experiences to life, too.

Really putting your user-centric approach to good use, you’ll apply design principles to create digital experiences that are not just user-centred, but also intuitive, engaging and responsive.

Client collaboration is key for this role too, so you’ll confidently present design concepts, interactive solutions and motion prototypes directly to clients, helping them to understand the journey you’ve taken and the solutions you’re providing!

• An enthusiastic Lead Digital Designer with a real passion for design and plenty of creative flair.
• A real expert when it comes to interface and prototyping design, and you’ll definitely know your way around motion prototyping tools such as Protopie and Framer, as well as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD.
• Strong mentoring experience under your belt too, able to inspire and develop those around you whilst simultaneously managing your own workflows and more than capable of working autonomously when necessary.
