A growing fashion and sportswear brand is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Creative / Creative Lead to join its creative team. This role combines concepting, design and storytelling across campaigns, shoots, product launches and digital content.
You’ll play a key part in shaping the brand’s visual identity, bringing culturally aware, modern and energetic ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for shoots, campaigns and product launches.
- Design engaging content for digital, social, retail and e-commerce channels.
- Lead end-to-end creative development for seasonal launches and key brand moments.
- Support photo and video shoots, contributing to visual direction.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, product and social teams to deliver work to brief.
- Manage multiple creative projects from concept to final delivery.
- Stay up to date with culture, design, sport and social trends.
- Present creative work clearly and respond positively to feedback.
- 3+ years’ experience in a creative role, either in-house or agency (sportswear experience a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, digital design and brand expression.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strategic and conceptual thinker with fresh, innovative ideas.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to align creative with brand strategy.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sportswear, lifestyle and product-focused storytelling.
- Highly organised, self-disciplined and comfortable working autonomously.
- Creative, proactive and confident in communicating ideas.
- Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
