As an Events Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of small to medium-scale events from briefing to delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and exceed expectations. You’ll also support senior producers on larger projects, gaining valuable experience and insight.

Responsibilities for Events Coordinator include:

• End-to-end project management
• Budget creation and tracking
• On-site coordination and supplier management
• CRM updates and reporting
• Creative input in pitches and proposals
• Safe working practice briefings

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator with a passion for live events. You’ll be a strong communicator, a team player, and eager to learn and grow. Experience in events, exhibitions, or media is a plus, but attitude and ambition are key.
