Noughts and Kisses is a cutting-edge fashion brand with a passion for bringing catwalk inspired styles to the fashion savvy 25–35-year-old female. We’re a dynamic, fast-paced business with a growing presence in the e-commerce space, and we’re looking for a Senior Designer to drive our product direction and support our next level of growth.

Position Overview:
As Senior Fashion Designer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process — from concept through to final sample — across all core product categories. You’ll lead on creative direction, manage supplier relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure every collection is trend-relevant, commercially sound, and brand-aligned. You’ll also mentor junior team members as the department grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the seasonal design calendar and lead concept development across collections
• Translate trend research and customer insight into clear design direction
• Design cohesive, commercially-minded collections across apparel and occasional accessories
• Develop detailed CADs, tech packs, and oversee sampling and fit stages
• Source and select fabrics, trims and finishes with cost, quality and timelines in mind
• Manage and communicate directly with global suppliers and factories
• Lead fit sessions with buying and tech teams, ensuring quality and consistency
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on product storytelling, shoots and campaigns
• Identify key growth categories and propose design-led opportunities to expand the range
• Support in hiring, onboarding and mentoring junior designers as the team scales

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in a fashion design role, ideally within a fast-paced, trend-led brand
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial collections and an eye for detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO3D or TUKAcad etc)
• Deep understanding of fabrications, garment construction and the production process
• Confident presenting ideas and direction to internal teams and external partners
• Strong commercial acumen — you understand what sells and how to balance creativity with business goals
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Passion for the Noughts and Kisses aesthetic and customer mindset
