Soundandmusic offers the Rushworth Composition Prize for early-career composers, providing a £1000 prize and the chance to compose a new work for Liverpool Philharmonic’s 10:10 ensemble. The winner will participate in workshops and mentoring sessions to foster their artistic growth.
This opportunity encourages applications from composers living or studying in the North West, ensuring fair access to all. Late applications will not be accepted, with the Final date to receive applications being midday on 28 September 2026.
