Studio Producer

As a small, people‑led business, the Studio Producer role is the backbone of our entire operation. You'll be welcoming clients into the studio for their sessions, and taking care of the whole production pipeline for them, including running their studio session, all the way through to the post‑production and delivery. Being an excellent producer is the standard and should come as second nature, so your care and attention is on our clients.

• Run studio sessions end to end, building sets and custom configurations with a strong visual eye for camera angles and framing and a good ear for audio, from mic position to processing and mix.
• Curate and put together excellent content, editing and post‑producing to deliver consistently high standards.
• Look after client relationships, delivery and admin, keeping clients informed and getting their content to them on time and to spec.
• Maintain the high standards of all behind‑the‑scenes work, ensuring the final product matches the client’s expectations.
• Have creative freedom to contribute wherever your skills take you, including our own content, developing the studio and services, or exploring new ideas.

• A people person first; naturally warm, able to make people feel comfortable without force.
• Highly competent across all areas of production, including professional experience in video, audio, lighting and post‑production.
• Fast learner with a real appetite to master new equipment and processes.
• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
• Career‑driven, not just looking for a job.

You'll work directly alongside me and a very small team, so who you are matters as much as what you can do.
