🛠 Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

 * 🗣️ Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance across a range of services.

 * 📞 Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible.

 * 📌 Refer customers for further support when necessary, including those with complex or repeated issues.

 * 💻 Champion self-service by supporting and educating customers to use digital channels and online services.

 * 🤝 Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.

 * 💙 Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty by delivering a positive experience.

* 📜 Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

✅ Essential:

 * 🎓 Appropriate qualification or training at a Digital Assist officer level.

 * 🛎 Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role.

 * ✍️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 * ✉️ Ability to handle customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).

 * 💻 Proficiency in using ICT systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

 * 🎯 Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

 * 🤗 A customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Your typical day as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
