π Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* π£οΈ Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance across a range of services.
* π Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible.
* π Refer customers for further support when necessary, including those with complex or repeated issues.
* π» Champion self-service by supporting and educating customers to use digital channels and online services.
* π€ Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
* π Build rapport with customers and foster loyalty by delivering a positive experience.
* π Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
β Essential:
* π Appropriate qualification or training at a Digital Assist officer level.
* π Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role.
* βοΈ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* βοΈ Ability to handle customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
* π» Proficiency in using ICT systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
* π― Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
* π€ A customer-focused mindset with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
ποΈ Day-to-Day
Your typical day as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
* π Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
* π‘ Supporting customers to access digital services and encouraging self-service.
* π Resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex cases when necessary.
* π€ Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
