Cybertill Limited is seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Agent to provide technical support for retailers in Knowsley. The role requires excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle customer support issues effectively.

Candidates should possess strong IT skills and flexibility in working hours as the Service Desk operates 7 days a week. Shift patterns will include varying times, enabling optimal customer support.
