• Starting salary of £30,000 with potential to increase to £32,000 as you gain experience

• Act as the first point of contact for customers arriving at the dealership
• Explain repair processes and efficiently book in customer vehicles
• Sell warranty, service plans, and additional products and services effectively
• Communicate with workshop technicians to assess repair requirements
• Raise job cards and provide accurate customer estimates based on company pricing
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
• Manage customer follow‑ups and foster repeat business

• Automotive knowledge and experience are essential
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Well‑organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Confidence in explaining technical information to customers
• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is desirable, but full training will be provided for candidates with relevant automotive experience
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and building customer relationships
