SPECTRUM IT is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager in the United Kingdom to lead and develop a high-performing IT service desk function. You will ensure efficient service delivery while managing client relationships and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong service management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to improve structures. Experience with in an MSP is highly desirable, along with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
